Another one bites the dust

I thought I would try to sum up what the year of 2008 was to the Revelli Family
This isn't going to be in a specific order
*Started out the year with Matt having surgery (leftover from 2007)
*Went to Cassie's America's Cup races in Park City
*Went on Orchestra tour to San Francisco with Bryce and Cassie, had lots of fun
*Drove with Cassie and Ciara to San Diego, went to the beach; Ciara and I then met up with Steve and Bryce in Las Vegas to come home.
*Went boating
*Bryce starting driving (Yikes)
*Bryce was ordained a Priest
*Ciara auditioned and made SSA choir and Musical Theatre
*Did some work for Mom at her house
*Helped with Jerry and Jolene's 50th Anniversary Party
*Bathtub leaked so we redid the upstairs bathroom
*Got new carpet in the house
*Adam got a job teaching at Taylorsville High School
*Went to New York for team trials
*Went to Salem Mass close to Halloween and then to Boston
*Micah learned to walk, is learning to sign and is so much fun
*Micah turned one
*Ciara turned 14 and became a Mia Maid and went to her first stake dance
*Matthew moved out
*Spent the night in the hospital on Steve's Birthday
*Was diagnosed with MS
*Participated in the missionary discussions with Haley and got to witness her baptism
*Bryce auditioned and made the cast of Brigadoon at Lone Peak
*Cassie traveled to New York and Europe for skeleton
*Cassie got to meet Arnold Schwarzinager
*Matt met his future wife
*We got a new kitten
*Had "girls days" with Cassie, Steph, Ciara and Haley at Festival of the Trees (thanks Bryce for being a part by saving me from me locking the keys in my car) and Twilight
*Read all four books in the Twilight series
*Read all nine books in the Zion Covenant series

I know that I have forgotten some things, but I can't remember everything. It was a year of ups and downs. I am grateful to my entire family and my extend family and friends. We have been blessed in so many ways.

  1. What a crazy year you had. I hope Rachel didn't freeze in that dress. I know it can get cold in Midway. Good luck with next year. Hopefully it won't be quite as busy (unless you like it that way in which case I hope it is for you)
