Dipping Chocolates


Cassie and I decided that we wanted to try to make chocolates for Christmas this year. We weren't sure what we were doing so we wanted some practice and they turned out pretty good. Cassie made a lavendar - vanilla ganouche. I got a recipe from Judy Hatch for truffle centers that you can put different colors and flavors in. We made nutella, peppermint, raspberry, orange cream and key lime. They all taste great!!!
